Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma Horizons is published three times per year to all adult volunteers, staff members, girls, donors, community leaders, community members and other people affiliated with Girl Scouts.  It is used to inform membership, donors and the community about all of the aspects of the Council. Horizons features stories on Girl Scouts' and volunteers' accomplishments or activities and Council events.
