Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma (GSEOK) invites you to share your thoughts and feelings about your experiences in Girl Scout sponsored programs. To give girls the best programs possible, GSEOK is interested in understanding whether you and other girls your age are enjoying Girl Scout activities, understanding new materials, and ultimately, if the programs are truly benefiting you.
We’d like for you to help us in our research efforts by occasionally completing short surveys about your experiences. We value your honest feedback and would like you to share your voice with other girls nationwide. After reading the statements below, please go to www.GirlScoutVoices.org so you can register to participate. If you are 13 years old or younger, please have a parent or guardian complete the form with you.
- Your survey answers will be for research purposes only. Your surveys will not have your name on them, and your individual answers will not be shared with your friends.
- Your decision to participate in this research is completely voluntary. You do not have to participate!
- Whether you participate or not will not affect your standing in Girl Scout sponsored programs and/or any program activities.
- If you do decide to participate, you may choose not to answer any questions you do not want to answer, and may stop participation at any point.
- Participation in the surveys is only for the purpose of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma and Girl Scouts of the USA to better understand program effectiveness. You will not be marketed to, solicited or exposed to any form of advertisement as a result of participating in the Girl Scout Voices Surveys.
