As a volunteer organization, we are always in need of trainers to help provide the most accurate information to our new leaders. If you enjoy working with adults and love Girl Scouting, this is a great way to volunteer. Trainers are needed in all areas of the Council to bring training closer to our volunteers. [Read More]

An adult who has taken GSUSA approved First Aid and CPR training and volunteers to provide safety services to a troop is a First Aider. First Aiders are required when troops participate in activities that need Council approval. [Read More]

Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma are fortunate to have a wide variety of campsites and overnight facilities to choose from. This variety makes progression in camping easier for girls and leaders. From ‘most of the comforts of home’ to rustic to rugged GSEOK has a facility to meet the needs of campers from novice to expert. Come for a weekend of fun on the challenge course. Girls will CONNECT with each other as they work through team building activities and individual challenges. DISCOVERING new personal strengths will build their confidence and character. The challenge course is a series of activities that promote team building and problem solving skills within a group. This weekend trip to Robbers Cave State Park includes cabin camping, crafts, campfires, and trail hiking in "the Land of the Outlaws" and is especially for Girl Scouts who will be in the sixth grade in fall 2012.
